Qualifications

• 7-15 years' experience in equity derivatives or structured products front-office
• Strong knowledge of FCNs, autocallables, accumulators, equity-linked notes
• Experience in bank, securities house, or private bank environments
• Understanding of equity derivatives pricing and risk: single-stock vol, barriers
• Exposure to rates, FX or commodity-linked structures beneficial

Responsibilities

• Structure and price a broad range of structured products (FCNs, autocallables, accumulators, bespoke notes)
• Develop solutions across equities, rates, FX and commodities
• Advise clients on payoff selection and underlying construction
• Provide market-driven guidance on trade timing, volatility, and pricing
• Manage high-volume flow and bespoke structured transactions
• Collaborate with private banks, EAMs and family offices to meet investment objectives
• Partner with issuers and counterparties for pricing and new structures
• Identify opportunities for new payoff variations
• Work with trading/sales/ops/tech for execution and lifecycle management
• Support improvements to pricing tools and product databases
