Job summary

China Renaissance 华兴资本 seeks a professional to structure and support equity derivatives transactions, including swaps, options, and structured notes. You will own documentation, review term sheets and master agreements, and ensure cross-border regulatory compliance with the QFI framework.

You will work with Compliance, Risk and Sales to engage hedge funds and institutional clients, respond to queries, and prepare product materials, while staying abreast of evolving regulations affecting equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• 1–6 years of relevant experience in equity derivatives structuring, sales support, documentation at a bank, securities house or brokerage.
• Solid understanding of the full EQD product regime, including regulatory requirements and cross-border transactions.
• Hands-on experience with derivatives documentation: term sheets, confirmations, ISDA/CSA agreements.
• Good understanding of compliance, risk control and operations across trade lifecycle.
• Prior client-facing experience with hedge funds and institutional investors preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions under tight timelines.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Structure and support execution of equity derivatives transactions across swaps, options, TRS and structured notes.
• Take ownership of transaction documentation including term sheets, confirmations, and master agreements with clients and counterparties.
• Maintain knowledge of QFI framework and regulatory requirements for cross-border transactions.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations on approvals, KYC/onboarding, trade booking and settlements.
• Support Sales in client engagement, including responding to structuring queries and preparing product materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting equity derivatives and China access channels.
