Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited in Sha Tin, Hong Kong, invites applications for the Equine-Themed Values Education Programme lead within the Racing Division. You will oversee end-to-end planning, delivery, budgets and stakeholder coordination with schools, NGOs and community partners.

The role requires at least five years in operations or secretarial support, project management and budgeting skills, and tertiary education.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in operations, administration and/or secretarial support.
• Project management and coordination skills.
• Budget control and marketing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, implementation and evaluation of the Equine-Themed Values Education Programme, ensuring delivery of objectives, timelines, budgets and impact targets.
• Serve as the Club's primary liaison and manage relationships with programme partners, schools and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional support from internal departments and facilities for resources, logistics, staffing and operations.
• Design stable visit itineraries with riding schools and equestrian facilities, overseeing experiences and related learning programmes.
• Monitor delivery and quality of school-based equine-themed education initiatives and ensure alignment with programme outcomes.
• Collaborate on planning and delivery of equestrian elements at community outreach initiatives and licensing where needed.
• Promote the Programme at events and manage budgets, procurement and financial reporting to secure funding reimbursements.
