Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks an Enterprise Solution Architect in Hong Kong to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation across ERP, cloud ecosystems, and AI governance. Lead architectural review boards, establish modern technology standards, and define multi-year strategic roadmaps for high-impact core platforms.

Requires strong technical depth in Azure and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in EA, solution architecture, or governance.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
Experience with enterprise application ecosystems, integration patterns, lifecycle management, and design authority.
Hands-on Azure Cloud experience and basic cybersecurity architecture.
Familiarity with TOGAF and active participation in ARBs.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
Certifications in Cloud Architecture, TOGAF, or Cybersecurity are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Establish and govern the overall enterprise architecture vision, standards, reference architectures, and multi-year roadmaps.
Build and lead architecture review boards (ARBs) and governance frameworks.
Direct architectural design and modernization for ERP, finance, operations, and workplace applications.
Define enterprise integration strategies across API management, middleware, event-driven patterns, and hybrid cloud.
Evaluate vendor proposals and strategic tech investments against scalability, security, and lifecycle cost criteria.
Drive the adoption of modern cloud capabilities (Azure), IoT technologies, and Responsible AI integration frameworks.
