Job summary

ConnectedGroup is seeking an experienced Network Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and governance of enterprise network and infrastructure initiatives in a complex, business-critical environment.

You will shape infrastructure strategy, drive modernization programs, and collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable network services that support both current operations and future growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in network and infrastructure management, 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure in complex enterprises.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to hybrid IT/OT environments and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, implementation, and governance of enterprise network and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee infrastructure enhancement to improve reliability, performance, security, and resilience.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and project teams for successful delivery.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business users across lifecycles.
• Ensure scalable, maintainable infrastructure aligned with standards and objectives.
• Provide leadership across network environments including OT where applicable.
• Support architecture reviews and technology governance processes.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to manage risks and security controls.
• Oversee operational readiness of routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, and related tech.
• Manage vendor engagement, procurement, RFP/RFQ, contracts, and evaluations.
• Maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, and operating guidelines.
• Lead and mentor infrastructure professionals and cross-functional collaboration.
