Job summary

Doo Group is seeking an enterprise IT operations professional to manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, data center operations, virtualization, and network infrastructure. The role combines hands-on server, storage, and security responsibilities with on-site work at data centers as needed.

You will support Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, administer AD/DS, and implement automation via Python and PowerShell. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of enterprise IT operations experience.
• Expertise in M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Hands-on VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Director.
• Windows Server core services and high-availability experience.
• On-site data center hardware and cabling capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day M365 operations and user support.
• Administer M365 users, licenses, security, and compliance.
• Optimize Teams configuration and call quality.
• Perform on-site data center operations including rack checks.
• Handle server/network hardware replacement and fault management.
• Coordinate with infrastructure on environmental monitoring.
• Deploy and troubleshoot virtualization using VMware tools.
• Configure Windows Server services (DHCP, DNS, AD, RDS).
• Configure network security devices (Fortigate, Huawei, Ruijie).
• Write automation scripts to streamline IT workflows.
