Job summary

Xendit, a payments platform expanding into Greater China, is hiring a Senior Implementations Manager to lead the onboarding of large mainland Chinese enterprise clients onto our payments platform. You will own the end-to-end implementation journey from post-sale handover to go-live, translating client needs into structured plans and technical integrations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of onboarding, implementation, professional services, or project management in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end enterprise implementations from post-sale handover to go-live.
• Strong project management: timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on API, systems integrations, or technical implementation with engineering teams.
• Experience engaging enterprise clients, managing complex requirements and escalations.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance.
• English and Mandarin business proficiency for Greater China clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise and mid-market clients from post-sale handover to go-live.
• Develop and manage structured implementation plans with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Act as primary onboarding contact, building relationships with client stakeholders and aligning technical and business teams.
• Lead technical integrations with clients and engineering teams on API implementation and workflow alignment.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, escalations, and blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance to deliver onboarding outcomes.
• Facilitate client workshops, solution discussions, and training for product adoption.
• Provide regular status updates and executive summaries when required.
• Support onboarding of Greater China enterprise clients, navigating language and cultural nuances.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, tooling, and playbooks to scale the OIM function.
• Ensure smooth handover to post-go-live teams with documentation.
