Job summary
Bright English Education Centre (South Horizons) is seeking a dedicated Full-Time English & Phonics teacher to help young learners build strong English foundations. The role involves teaching English and Phonics to K1–P6 students in a supportive classroom, with 5-day work weeks, performance bonuses, and comprehensive in-house training as part of the company's expanding network in HK and Macau.
You will join an established education group with clear growth opportunities, work closely with the
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education or related field.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or PGDE is preferred.
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA qualifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Teach English and Phonics to Kindergarten and Primary students in small classes
- Support daily operations of the centre
- Prepare lessons and teaching materials
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Communicate with parents on student progress
- Research HK English curricula for relevant levels
- Prepare materials for primary and secondary level courses
- Assist with administrative tasks when needed
