Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation using GitHub, Jenkins and Ansible.
• Experience supporting and maintaining production applications in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum.
• Ability to review, validate and ensure software code quality, security and maintainability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience using AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot and OpenClaw.

• Support customer-developed and vendor-managed applications within the Corporate Real Estate Technology portfolio.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate solution design, prototyping and software development activities.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, test and resolve application issues and production defects.
• Design, build and maintain automated testing and deployment pipelines using DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
• Ensure compliance with customer technology governance, cloud usage policies and security standards.
• Collaborate with vendor-managed service providers, technical delivery teams and Corporate Real Estate stakeholders to deliver technology-driven business value.

Required Technical Skill Set:
