Job summary

Inspire is seeking an Engineering Leader to oversee end-to-end software delivery and drive our digital transformation roadmap. You will scale offshore engineering teams, modernize core architecture, and ensure banking platforms meet scalability, security, and resilience standards.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering with leadership experience in Banking/Fintech, strong Java/Spring Boot skills, and hands-on cloud and container technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within Banking, Digital Banking, or Fintech.
• Proven track record leading largescale platform revamps, system evolutions, or digital transformation programs.
• Extensive experience managing, optimizing, and scaling offshore development models.
• Strong technical foundation in Java / Spring Boot microservices and enterprise backend architectures.
• Hands-on experience with major Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in designing high throughput, scalable systems using REST APIs, event driven architectures (e.g., Kafka), and microservices.
• Deep understanding of Incident Management, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR) in highly regulated environments.
• Exceptional C level communication, vendor negotiation, and cross cultural leadership skills.

• Champion best practices across cloud native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipeline automation, and containerization.
• Serve as the ultimate technical authority and escalation point for critical production incidents.
• Drive Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, and disaster recovery planning under strict regulatory frameworks.
