Job summary

Guardian Property Management Limited is seeking a qualified professional to oversee the operation and maintenance of building services systems across properties in Harbour City and Silvercord. The role includes supervising in-house technicians and contractors, coordinating chiller plant maintenance, and assisting with energy-saving projects.

The candidate will manage frontline staff, handle tenant inquiries, and ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation and maintenance of building services systems.
• Ability to supervise contractors and in-house technicians.
• Familiar with chiller plants and preventative maintenance.
• Experience in handling tenant inquiries and fitting-out issues.

Responsibilities

• 9 working hours (including 1-hour meal break).
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of the building services systems.
• Assist in implementing environmental and energy-saving projects.

• Chiller plant operations and maintenance at Harbour City.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for chiller plants.
