Job summary

HAESL, a joint venture between Rolls-Royce and HAECO, seeks an internal and marketing communications professional in Hong Kong. You will craft engaging content, support social media, video production and employee engagement across internal and external channels.

You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media campaigns and employer branding while collaborating with the Engagement & Communications Team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Design or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in communications, marketing, social media or content creation.
• Proficient in written English and Traditional Chinese.
• Hands-on experience in short-form video production is an advantage.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut and AI content creation tools.
• Creative, proactive and detail-minded with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability is an advantage. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications including announcements, articles and multimedia content.
• Assist in script writing, subtitle translation and content editing in English and Traditional Chinese.
• Support video production planning, filming coordination and editing.
• Assist in producing the company newsletter and other employee communications.
• Maintain the Engagement & Communications SharePoint page and internal channels.
• Support talent attraction, campus recruitment and employer branding campaigns.
• Assist with planning and execution of company events and engagement activities.
• Create content for social media platforms, including photography, graphics, Reels and short-form videos.
• Help manage company social media channels and corporate website.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on content projects.
• Support ad hoc communications and branding initiatives as assigned.

The Role

Reporting to the Engagement & Communications Team, this role supports internal and marketing communications initiatives at HAESL. The successful candidate will help create engaging written, digital and multimedia content that brings our company culture, employer brand and key messages to life across internal and external channels. This role offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media, video production and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications

• Support the preparation of management and company communications, including announcements, articles and multimedia content.
