Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Digital Product team as an owner across Emma by AXA, Quest, and OneCircle.Club. You will work with a Product Owner, taking end-to-end ownership of features from requirements through testing and post-launch review, guiding Assistant Business Analysts on your squad.

This role suits someone who digs into the why, drives stakeholder conversations to completion with minimal supervision, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years in business analysis and digital transformation.
• Experience owning features end-to-end within an Agile/Scrum team.
• Insurance or financial services experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Figma and Excel for requirements/delivery tracking.
• Practical experience using AI tools in research, analysis or documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs, rationale, and value for features with the Product Owner.
• Own requirements gathering, process maps, user journeys, and user stories end-to-end.
• Conduct market research and analyse digital journey performance to inform UX.
• Partner with UI/UX to define wireframes and prototypes with stakeholders.
• Design and execute test cases, capture evidence ahead of release.
• Use AI tools to enhance research, documentation, and delivery productivity.
