Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Front Office Account Manager for Portware EMS in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with product, engineering, implementation, and support teams to retain clients and deliver new EMS features and projects.

Required is business acumen, technical insight, and strong client relationship skills. You will handle upgrades, new asset classes, broker connectivity, and client-facing reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in financial markets front office environments.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience with SQL, including complex queries.
• Experience with software engineers and Technical Architects on requirements.
• Experience with securities trading (FX or Fixed Income preferred).

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sale to assess client needs.
• Create strategy and objectives for each client account.
• Gather requirements at project onset and during implementation.
• Champion customers' needs and advocate internally.
• Act as client advocate to ensure visibility of needs.
• Focus on clients' business and priorities.
• Identify business opportunities supporting Portware objectives.
• Coordinate with Product, Support, Development, Sales.
• Resolve issues with Support.
• Inspire higher standards and results.
