Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced ELV Project Lead in Hong Kong to oversee daily ELV project operations, coordinate across teams, and ensure milestones and quality targets are met.

You will manage documentation, drive reporting, and lead QA/QC inspections in line with local codes and safety standards. Immediate availability is preferred and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and collaboration tools is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or related field (certifications such as BICSI, CIBSE, or PMP are highly preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience leading end-to-end ELV projects independently (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, and BMS).
• Comprehensive understanding of Hong Kong building codes, statutory ELV standards, and HSE regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, project collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder negotiation, and communication skills (fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily ELV project operations, task allocation, site inspections, and team supervision to ensure delivery aligns with schedule, milestones, and quality standards.
• Drive project reporting and issue resolution, proactively logging risks and mitigating site bottlenecks (resource gaps, technical snags, and coordination conflicts).
• Oversee the end-to-end management of project documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals, test reports, and as-built records) in compliance with company and client protocols.
• Lead cross-functional coordination among contractors, site engineers, design, procurement, and QA/QC teams to resolve complex technical queries.
• Supervise rigorous QA/QC inspections for ELV installations and testing, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications, statutory building codes, and safety standards.
