Qualifications

• Higher education in hospitality or related matters.
• Around 7 years experience maximum in hotels, concierge / PA to HNW/UHNW.
• Proven skills in managing household or business operations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination of activities.
• Providing personalised service and assistance as required by the employer.
• Managing household or office inventories and supplies efficiently.
• Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for maintenance or special requests.
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and a welcoming environment in assigned spaces.
• Assisting with event planning and hosting responsibilities.
• Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence.
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Assisting with the children's school and extra curriculum schedules
