Job summary

JD.com is hiring a Category & Supply Chain Specialist to drive market research, supplier negotiations, SKU optimization, contract and order management, and inventory improvement. You will analyze competitors and consumer trends to shape category strategy and secure strong supplier partnerships in a fast-paced, global team.

You will maintain stock levels, turnover, and promotional planning while executing assigned tasks and supporting cross-functional collaboration across borders.

Qualifications

• Market research/competitor analysis and consumer preference insights.
• Supplier outreach and contract negotiation.
• SKU optimization and pricing strategy.
• Contract archiving, renewal, and order management.
• Inventory turnover and stock-keeping strategies.

Responsibilities

• Market investigation and analysis: conduct category-specific research/ competitors analysis/ customers preference analysis, and output category planning and strategy based on the analysis results
• Supply Chain Development: explore brand suppliers and mainly in charge of negotiation with suppliers, secure business contracts signed, and maintain good relationship and partnerships.
• Product Management: Optimize SKUs, pricing, and high-value product mix.
• Contract & Orders Management: in charge of archiving all signed contracts, contract-resign and order.
• Operational upgrade: Manage stock inventory, turnover and clearance strategies as well as stock review.
• Execute other assigned tasks.
