The Education University of Hong Kong invites applications for a Project Assistant in the Department of Education Policy and Leadership. The appointee will support a Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust–sponsored project focused on education innovation, teaching development, and lifelong learning.

Responsibilities include secretarial and administrative duties, document preparation, minute-taking, liaison with schools and stakeholders, expense tracking, meeting coordination, event support, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Education/ Psychology/ Social Sciences/ CS preferred) and AI-related disciplines.
• Some experience supporting project operations.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist project leaders and project manager with document preparation and minutes.
• Liaise with schools and project stakeholders; exchange information with internal and external parties.
• Track financial expenses and coordinate meetings and activities.
• Help with events and other administrative duties as needed.
