Job summary

Ocean Park Hong Kong is seeking an Education Business Development Officer (Inbound Team) to lead programme development within the Discovery & Education department. The role focuses on developing educational programmes and content for inbound tours.

You will help create promotional content, support content projects, supervise part-time staff under the Senior Education Business Development Officer, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, Environmental, Social Science or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year working experience on programme development, study tour and/or related experience.
• Experience in inbound guided tour will be an advantage.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Able to work under pressure and enjoy team work.
• Willing to work outdoors, and on weekends and during public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop related educational programmes in support of content development of the projects.
• Develop promotional content to enhance the department's publicity.
• Assist the Senior Education Business Development Officer to supervise part-time staff.
• Perform duties assigned by the Senior Education Business Development Officer.
