Job summary

Sa Sa Dot Com Limited now seeks an Operations professional to manage the Hong Kong marketplace channel. You will oversee pricing maintenance, promotions, storefront updates and health checks to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

You will liaise with the Operations team for product creation and catalog maintenance, with the Design team for marketing visuals, and monitor stock levels to synchronize inventory across systems and marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience operating HK and overseas eCommerce platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Marketplace Store Operations: oversee day-to-day operations of Sasa marketplace channel including pricing maintenance, promotion configurations, storefront/banner updates and health checks.
• Cross-Functional Internal Liaison: collaborate with Operations on product creation and catalog maintenance and with Design for marketing visuals.
• Inventory & Stock Synchronization: monitor stock availability and safety levels; ensure inventory synchronization across internal systems/warehouse and marketplace platforms.
• Sales & Operations Reporting: prepare regular sales, channel performance, and operational tracking reports.
• Cross-Channel Support: partially support daily tasks, product updates and promotional campaigns for Sa Sa’s official e-commerce channels.

Job description

End-to-End Marketplace Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of Sasa marketplace channel, including pricing maintenance, promotion configurations, storefront/banner updates and regular health check.

Cross-Functional Internal Liaison: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—working closely with the Operations team on product creation and catalog maintenance arrangements, and aligning with the Design team for marketing visual assets etc.

Inventory & Stock Synchronization: Monitor stock availability and safety buffer levels, ensuring accurate inventory synchronization between internal systems/warehouse and marketplace platforms to prevent out-of-stock situations.

Sales & Operations Reporting: Prepare regular sales, channel performance, and operational tracking reports, while assisting with channel-related projects

Cross-Channel Support: Partially support daily operational tasks, product updates, and promotional campaign rollouts for Sa Sa’s official e-commerce channels.

Requirements

• Diploma or above with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience;
• Experience in operating HK and Overseas eCommerce platforms is highly preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Excellent in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• High level of flexibility and adaptability with good problem-solving skills.
