Job summary

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for a Research Assistant I/II or Senior Research Assistant in the Child and School Psychology Laboratory. The appointment is for two years, with contract-end gratuity and potential renewal based on performance and funding.

The appointee will support multiple research projects, conduct literature reviews, manage data, and assist in manuscripts and presentations, with supervision duties at the Senior level.

Qualifications

• For Senior Research Assistant: 3+ years post-qualification experience, or Master’s with 1+ year, or PhD.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields required.
• Proven ability to manage tasks and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings.
• Develop research materials and programme content.
• Manage research data and perform statistical analysis.
• Prepare reports and monitor project progress.
• Supervise junior staff for Senior level.
• Assist in manuscripts and presentations.
• Support other research activities as needed.
