Job summary

China Harbour Engineering Company Limited (CHEC) seeks an experienced E&M Engineer to support site activities on major projects in Hong Kong. You will review design and construction proposals and create BIM models to support construction progress.

You will coordinate with design teams and contractors, maintain drawing registers, and ensure BIM models meet project requirements. Immediate availability preferred; Senior Engineer level considered for highly experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in E&M works.
• Professional qualification in engineering from recognized professional institutions.(e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, MIET, MIMech, etc.) is preferable.
• Knowledge of engineering related computer software application is preferable, e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Microsoft, etc.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer.
• Immediate available is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist E&M manager to check and vet the E&M design & construction proposals and drawings;
• Responsible for create and maintain BIM modeling works for construction projects and maintaining a drawing/ information register;
• Collaborate and liaise with various relative parties to resolve the issue with BIM Models;
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
