Job summary
UG M&E Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller for MEP projects. You will develop 3D BIM models using Revit, collaborate with the BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, and design engineers to support coordination and constructability reviews.
Experience with BIM standards, clash detection, and producing shop drawings is essential; familiarity with Navisworks and Forma a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD will help integration with drawings and models.
Qualifications
- Degree or technical diploma in Architectural/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or Building.
- Certificate or training in Revit MEP; Navisworks knowledge preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience with BIM software (Autodesk Revit).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Autodesk Forma beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Develop MEP 3D BIM models for coordination using Revit.
- Create construction drawings and shop drawings.
- Ensure model accuracy per BIM Execution Plan and standards.
- Manage clash detection and coordinate with A&S and other services.
- Amend designs for site condition changes.
- Prepare drawings for construction, coordination, and as-built purposes.
