Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA) seeks a professional driver for a six‑month temporary role, supporting senior executives and guests with safe, reliable transport. You will keep vehicles clean, monitor fuel levels, arrange maintenance and handle related admin tasks.

The ideal candidate has a Form 5 or above, 3+ years driving experience in large organizations, valid HK licenses (Classes 1/2/4), and fluent Cantonese with good English. A mainland license is a plus; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above.
• At least 3 years of relevant driving/driver experience; experience in large organizations preferred.
• Holder of a valid HK Driving License (Classes 1, 2 and 4).
• Possession of a Mainland driving license is preferred.
• Cantonese fluent with fair English; Putonghua an advantage.
• Good driving record; non-smoker; punctual and responsible.
• Willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and professional driving services for senior executives, employees and guests.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and well-presented condition.
• Monitor and maintain fuel/battery levels, oil and fluids; conduct routine inspections.
• Arrange vehicle maintenance and report issues promptly.
• Maintain daily records of driving activities and expenses, including parking fees.
• Perform administrative support and office duties as assigned.

This is a temporary employment for 6 months, with a possibility of being offered a contract position, subject to organizational needs and individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and professional driving services for senior executives, employees and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and well-presented condition
• Monitor and maintain the vehicles' fuel/ battery levels, engine oil and other fluid levels, and conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal operating performance
• Arrange vehicle maintenance as needed, and promptly report and follow up on any mechanical issues, damage or accidents
• Maintain daily record of driving activities and related expenses, including parking fees for reimbursement purposes
• Perform administrative support duties, including mailing services, bank deposits, data entry and other office support duties as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years of relevant experience; experience in sizable organizations is preferred
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong Driving License (Classes 1, 2 and 4)
• Possession of a full driving license issued by Chinese Mainland is preferred
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and fair English; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Good driving record
• Non-smoker, honest, hardworking, punctual, courteous and responsible
• Willing to work overtime
