Job summary

Hong Kong International Airport is hiring a temporary chauffeur to provide safe, professional driving services for executives and guests while maintaining a clean fleet and accurate expense records. The role includes routine vehicle checks, maintenance coordination, and light administrative duties.

The ideal candidate holds Form 5 or above, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid HK driving license (Classes 1, 2, 4).

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred in sizable organizations.
• Holder of a Hong Kong Driving Licence (Classes 1, 2 and 4) is required.
• Putonghua knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and professional driving services for senior executives, employees and guests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and well-presented condition.
• Monitor and maintain fuel/battery levels, engine oil and other fluids, and conduct routine inspections.
• Arrange vehicle maintenance as needed and promptly report issues, damage or accidents.
• Maintain daily records of driving activities and related expenses, including parking fees for reimbursement.
• Perform administrative support duties, including mailing services, bank deposits, data entry and other office support duties.

Job description

This is a temporary employment for 6 months , with a possibility of being offered a contract pos ition, subject to organization al need s and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

Provide safe and professional driving services for senior executives, employees and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey

Maintain vehicles in a clean and well-presented condition

Monitor and maintain the vehicles' fuel/ battery levels, engine oil and other fluid levels, and conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal operating performance

Arrange vehicle maintenance as needed, and promptly report and follow up on any mechanical issues, damage or accidents

Maintain daily record of driving activities and related expenses, including parking fees for reimbursement purposes

Perform administrative support duties, including mailing services, bank deposits , data entry and other office support duties as assigned

Requirements:

Form 5 or above

3 years of relevant experience ; experience in sizable organizations is preferred

Holder of a valid Hong Kong Driving L icense ( C lasses 1, 2 and 4)

Possession of a full driving lice ns e issued by Chinese Mainland i s preferred

Able to speak fluent Cantonese and fair English ; k nowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
