Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA) invites a professional driver to provide safe, courteous chauffeuring for senior executives and guests. You will keep vehicles clean, monitor fuel and fluids, arrange maintenance, and support administrative tasks during a 6-month temporary period with potential contract extension.

Fluent Cantonese and fair English are required; a valid HK driving licence (Class 1/2/4) is essential, with Mainland licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years of relevant experience; sizable organizations preferred
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong Driving License (Class 1, 2 and 4)
• Possession of a full driving license issued by Mainland China preferred
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and fair English; Putonghua an advantage
• Good driving record
• Non-smoker, honest, hardworking, punctual, courteous and responsible
• Willing to work overtime

• Maintain vehicles in a clean and well-presented condition
• Monitor and maintain fuel/battery levels, engine oil and other fluids, and perform routine inspections
• Arrange vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues, damage or accidents
• Maintain daily driving activity and expense records, including parking for reimbursement
• Perform administrative support duties, including mailing, banking deposits, data entry and other office tasks

This is a temporary employment for 6 months, with a possibility of being offered a contract position, subject to organizational needs and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and professional driving services for senior executives, employees and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and well-presented condition
• Monitor and maintain the vehicles' fuel/ battery levels, engine oil and other fluid levels, and conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal operating performance
• Arrange vehicle maintenance as needed, and promptly report and follow up on any mechanical issues, damage or accidents
• Maintain daily record of driving activities and related expenses, including parking fees for reimbursement purposes
• Perform administrative support duties, including mailing services, bank deposits, data entry and other office support duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years of relevant experience; experience in sizable organizations is preferred
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong Driving License (Classes 1, 2 and 4)
• Possession of a full driving license issued by Chinese Mainland is preferred
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and fair English; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Good driving record
• Non-smoker, honest, hardworking, punctual, courteous and responsible

• 持有效香港駕駛執照（類別1、2及4）
• 持中國內地簽發的正式駕駛執照更佳
• 能操流利廣東話，具基本英語溝通能力，懂普通話者更佳
• 駕駛紀錄良好
• 不吸煙、為人誠實、勤奮、守時、有禮及負責任
• 願意加班工作
