Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional actuarial qualification is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in distribution compensation, incentive design, or financial modelling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the operating model, governance and management mechanisms for Distribution’s strategic priorities.
• Lead compensation and incentive input and governance with Finance Compensation.
• Monitor outcomes and channel effectiveness of incentives; provide recommendations.
• Lead distribution expense management and resource optimization; drive performance analysis.
• Support product launches and campaigns with commercially relevant narratives and change management.
• Identify risks and issues; coordinate resolution with stakeholders; prepare concise insights.
