Job summary

Sarvam FBLH Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a reliable kitchen helper to support dishwashing, cleaning, and basic preparation tasks. The role requires meticulous sanitation, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will maintain a clean dishwashing area, assist with basic prep, follow health and safety regulations, and report any equipment issues to supervisors. Prior experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or using dishwashing machines
• Maintain the dishwashing area in a clean, organized, and sanitary condition
• Sort and stack clean dishes, glassware, and utensils in designated storage areas
• Ensure all items are properly sanitized and dried before storage
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately
• Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment as directed
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., washing vegetables) when needed
• Report any broken or damaged equipment to the supervisor
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist with closing duties, including deep cleaning of the dish area
• Support kitchen staff with other tasks as assigned
