Jobs Web3 in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Associate/Director to lead Trading Desk Operations. You will oversee end-to-end trade support, funding, and process improvement to scale trading activities in crypto markets.

Collaboration with Treasury, tech, and external brokers is essential, with a strong emphasis on risk controls and automation. Candidates should have 5+ years on trading floors, strong Python and AI tooling experience, and a proactive, results-driven mindset capable of delivering

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience on the Trading floor or in equivalent roles such as Middle Office or Trade Support.
• Proficient with Python and AI tools to enhance trade workflows.
• Excellent problem solving and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to deliver under pressure.
• Product owner mindset and ability to drive improvements.

Mansioni

• Provide end-to-end trade support to assigned trading desks, including bookings, verifications, reconciliations and P&L attribution.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and streamline trade lifecycle processes.
• Develop and enhance booking and reconciliation procedures using coding and AI tools.
• Monitor risk positions against thresholds and build monitoring tools.
• Create templates and playbooks for new product onboarding to reduce time-to-market.
• Set up new accounts and trading books; maintain data integrity and mappings.
• Perform funding operations and settlement checks; liaise with Treasury or brokers.
• Analyze trading performance and risk attribution; support urgent desk requests.
• Collaborate with developers on infrastructure projects; reduce manual processes with automation.
