Crypto.com in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Associate/Director in Trading Desk Operations to join our Trading Team. You will support trading and funding operations and streamline processes to enable growth of the trading business.

You will gain an in-depth understanding of the trade life cycle for the desk you support and work with developers to automate repetitive tasks, monitor risk, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Requires degree in Finance/Accounting or quantitative field.
• 5+ years on the trading floor or in middle/back-office roles in a trading/crypto environment.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and Python.
• Strong problem solving, accuracy and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Provide end-to-end trade support to assigned trading desks, including bookings, verifications, reconciliations, and P&L attribution.
• Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and lifecycle issues.
• Develop and enhance booking and reconciliation procedures using coding/AI tools.
• Monitor risk positions in real-time and build monitoring tools for the desk.
• Create standardized templates and onboarding playbooks for new products.
• Setup new accounts/trading books; maintain data integrity and mapping.
• Perform funding operations and settlement checks; coordinate with Treasury or brokers.
• Monitor funding usage, ROI, and internal capital distribution records.
• Assist in trading performance analysis, P&L and risk attribution.
• Respond to adhoc requests related to bookings or funding; support desk with timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers on infra and control improvements.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and build automated solutions (scripts, RPA) to reduce risk and time.
