Klook is seeking an Associate Director/Director of SEO/GEO to lead programmatic SEO at scale, optimize for AI-driven search, and own Knowledge Graph authority. The role demands deep technical SEO expertise, Python automation, and a strategic mindset for global content and performance.

You will collaborate with product, data science, and engineering to shape the future of travel discovery in an AI era and drive organic growth across millions of pages and destinations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SEO experience, managing programmatic SEO for sites with 1M+ pages.
• Future-ready strategy for Generative AI optimization (SGE, ChatGPT)
• Proficient in Python for automation and log file analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shift strategy from keywords to entities and own Knowledge Graph authority.
• Manage crawl budgets for millions of dynamic pages and fix Core Web Vitals at scale.
• Implement advanced Schema.org data (Event, Ticket, aggregateRating) for rich results and AI data feeds.
• Guide SSR vs CSR rendering strategies and prerendering for search bots.
• Define GEO and international content formats for AI answer sourcing.
• Conduct technical audits using DeepCrawl, Botify, or Screaming Frog for large URL sets.
• Improve rendering performance by optimizing the Critical Rendering Path and asset loading.
• Align content structure with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) principles for AI retrieval.
