Job summary

The bank in Greater China is seeking a Director - Investment Banking Advisory in the Corporate Finance Solutions department to drive growth through advisory solutions for corporate clients. You will partner with Corporate Banking to originate and promote IB advisory solutions, manage pitches, structuring, due diligence, roadshows and syndication.

Applicants should have a Master's degree and 12+ years in IB with PRC clients, strong relationships, integrity, and fluency in Mandarin, English, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a reputable university.
• 12+ years in Investment Banking / Sector Banking Advisory related experience with top tier PRC clients.
• Strong origination, credit, client management skills with relationships with senior contacts for both corporate and financial institutions.
• Holds a high standard of integrity and professional standards with strong analytical, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cross-sell hedging solutions (interest and currency).
• Energetic, driven, adaptable and a team player to work well with cross border teams.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, Cantonese is mandatory.
