Job summary

UOB in Hong Kong seeks a subject matter expert to lead direct rewards programs and manage the Rewards & Services team. You will align HR rewards with Group strategy, oversee pay and bonus governance, and support mobility considerations.

You will drive salary benchmarking, cost modelling, and ensure compliance with local regulations while coordinating with vendors and audit requirements. This is a senior rewards role in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert on direct rewards aligned to Group strategy.
• Experience leading a Rewards & Services team within HR.
• Knowledge of salary review, bonus basics, and mobility guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and management of compensation and benefits programs.
• Lead salary structure planning and annual compensation reviews.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific requirements for rewards.
• Drive cost modelling, benchmarking, and market analyses.
• Govern governance of payroll/benefits and vendor relations.
• Support internal/external audits and ad-hoc rewards projects.
