Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Hong Kong seeks a senior professional to drive the marketing and delivery of GSF financing and structured solutions for global financial institutions across Greater China.

You will manage key accounts, expand activity with existing clients and onboard new institutions, while maintaining sound risk discipline and collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of global markets experience with a focus on institutional clients.
• Strong knowledge of financing solutions (Repo, SBL, derivatives) across equities and fixed income.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Highly collaborative with client-centric approach and disciplined risk awareness.

Global Securities Financing (GSF) is a strategic product franchise within Natixis. GSF delivers comprehensive, tailored solutions to help clients optimize the management of their cash and asset portfolios (cross assets including credit, bonds, equities, loans etc..) utilizing diverse formats such as Repos, Asset Switches, Securities Lending, Derivatives (TRS, Forwards), and other financing solutions.

This role is responsible for driving the marketing and delivery of our GSF financing and structured solutions and expanding our Financial Institutions client footprint in the Greater China region.

The China Financial Institutions Sales team at Natixis CIB provides multi-asset solutions to institutional clients across the Greater China region, addressing their investment, hedging, and securities financing requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Product Marketing & Distribution: Originate and market GSF products, financing and market access solutions across Fixed Income and Equities to international financial institutions including banks, agent lenders, insurance companies, real money and asset managers etc.
• Account Management & Client Connection: Actively lead and expand activity with existing assigned accounts and drive onboarding for new institutional clients with incremental business.
• Strategic Business Growth: Adopt a strategic mindset to identify scalable, sustainable business opportunities and structurally grow the GSF franchise in the region.
• Risk & Relationship Management: Maintain a strong risk culture, ensuring all activities adhere to internal compliance, credit, and regulatory guidelines while fostering deep, trust-based client relationships.

Required Skills:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 9 years of global markets experience within investment bank, with a preference for candidates who have a proven track record of covering institutional clients.
• Product Knowledge: Strong foundation in financing solutions ( ideally both equities and fixed income) such as Repo, SBL, derivatives etc..
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a reputable business school or university.
• Strong team spirit and a collaborative, client-centric approach.
• Highly disciplined with a strong understanding of market/credit risk.i
