Manulife/John Hancock is recruiting a Director, AI Platform & Governance to own the enterprise AI Platform strategy, governance, and operating model. You will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of platform capabilities including governance, security, observability, and developer tooling.

You will drive MLOps/LLMOps, establish reusable platform services, and partner with risk, compliance, and business leaders to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in AI, ML, software/platform engineering or cloudPlatform work.
• 5+ years leading technical teams or platforms.
• Experience with enterprise AI governance and risk management in regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise AI Platform strategy, roadmap, and target-state architecture.
• Lead design, delivery, operation, and improvement of the enterprise AI Platform.
• Establish and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks and controls.
• Define MLOps/LLMOps standards, tooling, and lifecycle processes.
• Ensure secure, compliant, scalable, and observable AI platform services.
• Provide technical leadership across AI technologies and engineering practices.
