Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is hiring Associate Director / Senior Manager for AI Product & Business Partner - Marketing. You will lead the Marketing AI domain, partner with marketing leadership, define AI roadmaps, and drive end-to-end delivery from concept to adoption.

You will work with data scientists, AI engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and revenue while ensuring governance and compliance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, Economics, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in AI, data science, advanced analytics, marketing analytics, customer analytics, digital product management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior Marketing and business leaders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional squads or teams delivering AI, analytics, marketing technology, or digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain leadership and strategy for Marketing AI, roadmap alignment with business strategy and growth objectives.
• Build strong partnerships with Marketing executives to define AI opportunities and measurable value.
• Own Marketing AI product portfolio and end-to-end delivery from identification to adoption.
• Apply advanced analytics and Generative AI to address Marketing challenges such as segmentation, propensity, and personalization.
• Define data requirements, testing, and measurement approaches for marketing AI products.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across AI initiatives.
• Lead a Marketing Domain Squad with data scientists and AI engineers to deliver business value.
