Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/analytical field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of AI, data science, analytics, digital product management, or related fields.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders and delivering strategic initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and business transformation.
• Insurance/financial services experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, model risk, and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Distribution Domain Squad and align AI roadmap with business strategy.
• Partner with executives to define opportunities, investments, and success metrics.
• Own the Distribution AI product portfolio and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Apply advanced analytics and Generative AI to improve sales productivity and distribution performance.
• Lead governance, risk, and compliance across AI initiatives.
• Develop capabilities and foster a data-driven decision culture across Distribution.
