Moody’s in Hong Kong is seeking a Director - Sales Representative (Data Solution) to lead end-to-end sales of Lending Solutions and AI-enabled offerings to banking clients in a dynamic market.

You will drive pipeline growth, deliver product demonstrations, and collaborate with Product Strategy teams to unlock new revenue opportunities while building strong C‑suite relationships and managing complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development within financial services.
• Experience selling complex software, SaaS, or analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of Lending solutions and Generative AI workflows.
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers at banks.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end sales for Lending Solutions and AI-enabled offerings.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals and targets.
• Generate new business opportunities across Lending Solutions and Generative AI.
• Identify and qualify prospects, initiate sales activities, and manage cycles to closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to sustain a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with Product Management to support product improvements and new revenue opportunities.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and introduce relevant products.
• Develop market expertise and provide product/use case insights.
• Liaise between client services, implementation teams, and clients to ensure engagement.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs and information requests.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
• Travel to client sites as required.
