Job summary
Jardine Restaurant Group in Hong Kong seeks a Digital Application Project Manager to drive user-centred digital projects across websites, apps, kiosks and POS systems. You will translate business requirements into UI/UX concepts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time.
The role requires 2–3 years in digital project management, strong testing oversight, and Power BI reporting usage. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential; Mandarin is a bonus.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, CS, Marketing or related.
- 2–3 years in digital project management; Power BI reporting.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver user-centred digital projects across websites, apps, ordering kiosks, POS systems, and restaurant solutions.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, translate them into UI/UX concepts, and create visual plans and workflows.
- Develop and review business requirement documents to align restaurant operations with digital teams.
- Provide routine support for restaurant business applications and operations, resolving issues.
- Manage testing activities, create test plans, and ensure test coverage across Web, App, and POS platforms.
- Monitor progress, allocate resources, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
