• Strong Cantonese, English and Mandarin language skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AI applications.

Job Description

Support the delivery of customer/distribution-facing digital products (web, mobile, AI-enabled digital solutions) throughout end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including market research, business solution analysis, testing, and post-launch monitoring. Participate in Agile delivery activities and work closely with Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, IT team to translate business needs into effective digital solutions. Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage delivery activities and maintain documentations.

The Person

• Final year or penultimate year students from any disciplines, preferably majoring in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task.
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, agile, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoints and AI applications.
