Job summary
Livi Bank Limited is seeking a skilled Digital Platform Manager in Hong Kong to lead delivery of digital initiatives and oversee app releases. You will manage CMS for the mobile app and public site, collaborate with UX/UI designers, and coordinate with external vendors to implement new digital solutions.
The role requires strong Jira/Confluence experience, CMS knowledge, and a background in Mobile/Internet Banking or digital marketing. Excellent communication in English and Chinese is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information System or related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSPO, CBAP are a plus.
- 3+ years relevant experience in Mobile/Internet Banking or Digital platforms is an advantage.
- Strong self-management, prioritization and deadline-driven work style.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Figma for project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of digital initiatives and projects for the bank’s digital platforms.
- Oversee releases of the mobile app with testing and successful deployment.
- Manage CMS for mobile app and public website, update and maintain workflows.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers using Figma.
- Coordinate with vendors to implement and integrate new digital solutions.
- Ensure platform performance, security and data privacy compliance.
