Job summary

Mastercard US in Hong Kong seeks a Manager, Specialist Sales, Digital Product to shape and execute the digital product plan. Based in Wanchai, you will lead market-ready product initiatives, collaborate with in-country teams, and drive incremental revenue through digital payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified and fluent in Chinese (Cantonese preferred) and English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute go-to-market strategy for digital payment products (e.g. xPay, SCOF, agent pay, and Click to Pay) considering market conditions and regulatory constraints.
• Function as subject matter expert for payment tokenization-related products for customers and sales teams.
• Take ownership of product management lifecycle from readiness to deployment and operation support.
• Collaborate with market teams to map payment landscape and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide solutions for market needs related to authentication and payment credential management.
• Leverage data analytics to obtain insights and apply them to product improvements.
