Job summary

Phillip Wain in Hong Kong is seeking a marketing professional to craft digital campaigns and drive social advocacy across platforms to engage new clients and boost store traffic.

You will lead monthly marketing programs, analyze performance, and provide strategic recommendations. Manage content creation, editorial calendars, and website updates to maintain a compelling online presence, while coordinating with agencies for integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines.
• Preferably 4-5 years or above of marketing experience in beauty/fitness industry.
• Knowledge on graphic design and digital marketing channel (Meta, Google, XHS) is preferred.
• Proactive, figure sensitive and attentive to details.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly marketing programs and promotional campaigns across digital and social media platforms to increase brand awareness and generate in-store traffic.
• Plan, execute, and monitor sales and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives, marketing initiatives against business KPIs.
• Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights to prepare detailed reports and strategic recommendations.
• Lead content creation and artwork adaptation for social media and official websites; oversee website updates and maintenance.
• Manage editorial calendars and coordinate messaging schedules to ensure consistent and timely communication across channels.
• Work with agencies to develop integrated marketing strategies leveraging Phillip Wain’s social media and digital platforms.
• Lead development of marketing materials by liaising with agencies and designers to ensure brand consistency and quality.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments to support marketing and business goals.
