Job summary

Mace Limited, a global delivery consultancy, seeks a Power BI-focused Digital Solutions Developer for a large-scale infrastructure programme in Hong Kong. You will deliver end-to-end digital solutions, apply Agile methods, manage security, and translate business needs into Microsoft-based technical solutions.

You will integrate data across PMO systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and work within a hybrid setup to support long-term operational resilience and complex civil and MEP projects.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience developing digital solutions using Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, version control, and role-based security.
• Familiarity with MS Power Platform technologies (Power Apps/Power Automate) and SharePoint integration is advantageous.
• Experience integrating data from SharePoint and other enterprises platforms.

The project:

A large-scale infrastructure programme involving complex civil, structural, and MEP works across multiple sites. The scope includes new town development, advanced technology facilities, and integrated transport systems, with emphasis on systems coordination, asset renewal, and long term operational resilience.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Deliver end-to-end digital solutions independently, ensuring quality and timely outcomes.
• Apply Agile practices, using Kanban or DevOps to track and manage development tasks.
• Maintain version control and implement role-based security across deliverables and environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Power BI and Microsoft technologies.
• Integrate data from construction projects with PMO systems, resolving issues to strengthen project delivery.
• Communicate confidently with stakeholders, supporting collaboration and contributing to wider development plans.

You’ll need to have:

• 3-4 years of experience developing digital solutions using Power BI, ideally within a construction or infrastructure environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, version control, and role-based security.
• Strong Microsoft technology expertise with exposure to MS Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Power Automate, would be beneficial but is not a must.
• Experience working with Databricks would be desirable but is not essential.
• Familiarity with PMO systems and functions would be highly advantageous, including scheduling, cost management, and risk management.
• Experience integrating data from SharePoint and other enterprise platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and the Digital Development Manager.
