Job summary

Sanderson-iKas Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Business Analyst or Product Manager to support the development and growth of digital asset custody solutions. You will work closely with clients, product managers, technology teams, and stakeholders to shape the future of custody services.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, ensuring regulatory alignment, and collaborating across product, tech, and delivery teams to analyze product performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, product development, or a related role within financial services.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Digital Assets or Custody.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather requirements, present product capabilities, and capture feedback to support product development
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory and governance requirements
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of operating models, processes, controls, and documentation
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to support implementation, stakeholder communication, and product performance analysis
