Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd seeks an experienced professional for process integration to drive development, optimization, and transfer across R&D, development and manufacturing teams.

You will coordinate with manufacturing to resolve yield and quality issues, design experiments, and ensure products are qualified with high quality, while traveling as required to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Materials, Electrical/Electronics or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of equivalent experience in a similar field.
• Process integration knowledge with manufacturing process and device physics.
• Exposure to fabrication processes; Backend and Reliability implications preferred.
• Understanding of statistical process controls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong reporting skills and statistical analysis.
• Willingness to travel if business requires.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RND, Development and Process Integration for new development and process improvement.
• Engage and/or lead cross-area teams for technology and/or product transfer.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and process engineering to resolve yield and quality issues.
• Work with module to optimize current processes for manufacturability, yield and performance.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve fab process, yield and quality.
• Ensure development of technology/products are qualified with high quality.
