Job summary

TOKEN2049 is seeking a Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of our main products and portals for TOKEN2049 and SuperAI. You will build a scalable design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across event platforms, microsites, and marketing assets while working with a lean team to deliver fast.

You will collaborate with marketing to create motion assets and maintain a strong visual language that aligns with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional product design experience, preferably in tech, events, or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of shipping digital products—from concept to launch—with a portfolio showing web platforms, portals, and mobile app interfaces.
• Deep expertise in Figma is required with advanced components, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
• Experience designing for events, marketplaces, or social features is a plus.
• Familiarity with Framer, Protopie, or similar tools to build high-fidelity prototypes.
• Exposure to working with product managers and engineers in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of main products, portals, and apps for TOKEN2049 and SuperAI.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma for cross-platform consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing to prototype motion content for social media campaigns.
• Focus on the user journey from ticket purchase to post-event engagement.
• Master Figma features (auto-layout, components, interactive prototyping) to accelerate delivery.
• Balance pixel-perfect design with shipping on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to motion design using After Effects, Lottie, or Protopie where applicable.
• Uphold brand guidelines across TOKEN2049 and SuperAI touchpoints.
