Job summary

Endowus in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing & Design Intern to support the brand and communications strategy. You will help grow Endowus’ position as a fintech leader in Hong Kong through creative campaigns, copy, and visual content.

The role suits someone with a design flair who wants exposure to fintech marketing, capable of collaborating with HK and SG teams, and eager to contribute ideas while learning from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent; or current student in related field.
• Fluent English and Cantonese are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing activities from concept to execution, including copywriting and video storyboarding.
• Assist with visual creation and video production using design and AI tools.
• Research finance and technology trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.
• Coordinate with HK and Singapore teams and the wider Endowus group.
• Support KPI-driven tasks as needed.

As an intern supporting the Marketing team in Hong Kong, the intern is responsible for the overall brand & communications strategy and execution, helping grow Endowus’ position as the wealthtech leader in Hong Kong.

This is a role for someone with a flair for design and creativity who wants to explore the broader role of Marketing, especially in Fintech.

About The Design & Marketing Intern Role

• Support in all Marketing activities, including but not limited to creative campaign development & execution, copywriting & video storyboarding, social media planning and execution, partnership and activation, and influencer marketing.
• Support visual creation (and/or) video creation using design and AI tools, including social media posts, event promotion, advertising campaigns etc
• Support in researching finance & technology industry trends, competitor marketing activities, and consumer insights.
• Coordinate with other marketing team members in Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as the wider Endowus team.
• Assist the team in other tasks to meet our KPIs as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Business, Arts & Social Science, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience; Or Undergraduate/ Master students from the disciplines mentioned above
• Prior internship experience is desired
• Language: Fluent English and Cantonese
• Tools: Experience with AI tools like Gemini and design tools such as Figma is desired (Please indicate on your resume)
• Minimum commitment of 3 months (full-time or part-time), with the possibility to extend to 6 months. The part-time role requires a minimum commitment of three full days.
• Enjoy creativity and love giving creative inputs, whether in concept, visual, or copy
• Self-driven and responsible, with an attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
