Job summary

Spacebox Limited, a market-leading door-to-door storage provider in Hong Kong, is expanding its branding and marketing initiatives. You will lead content development, campaign ideation and project management while coordinating with designers, agencies and influencers to deliver impactful social and offline campaigns.

You will also manage paid channels, maintain our website and app, optimize blog and social content, and perform regular market research.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven channel marketing and campaign project management experience in branding campaigns, digital advertising, content creation, and offline activations.

What you'll be doing?

• Report to the marketing manager to contribute in content development, campaign ideation and project management. The ideal candidate is required to work independently to, create project timeline, plan and manage brand campaigns, events and other promotional activities from start to finish.
• Lead designer, social, creative & media agencies and work with influencers to come up with impactful social content.
• Paid channel: be able to execute online and offline marketing campaigns independently on different platforms including ATL, offline and online channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Xiaohong Shu and other platforms.
• Maintenance of our owned channel that includes website and mobile app.
• Create and optimize content for blog, websites and social media.
• Continuously research.
• Use basic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Lightroom to create simple marketing materials; advanced design skills not required.
• Conduct regular marketing research activities, such as latest marketing trends, strategies, industry market research, competitor analysis and performance reporting.
• Coordinate and communicate with external vendors, partners and internal teams to support marketing initiatives efficiently.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of proven channel marketing and campaign project management experience, particularly in branding campaigns, digital advertising, content creation, and offline activations.
• Proactive recap and clarifications on project scopes especially in the face of new projects
• Candidates with marketing strategy experience in advertising or media agency experience are preferred.
• Self-initiator with genuine interest in learning, including AI, and staying updated with new tools, trends, and strategies
• Can work independently with minimal supervision and solve problems in a smart way
• Experience in content writing and creating marketing copy, with understanding of SEO principles and WordPress. Familiarity with basic HTML is a plus
• Basic proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Lightroom), with a good design sense and visual aesthetics, to create simple marketing materials; advanced design skills not required
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken
• A motivated team player with great communication, interpersonal and time management skills with strong ownership.
• Exposure to marketing automation tools, such as Zapier and MAKE, is preferred but not required
• Data-sensitive with the ability to analyze results, and experience with A/B testing is a plus
