Job summary

Responsibilities

• Update information on digital platforms and assist sites/databases to ensure timely updates (including uploads).
• Support monthly updates of online fund sheets for the Hong Kong site and related materials.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to obtain, input, and verify data accuracy.
• Assist in updating monthly product materials by coordinating with external vendors and verifying updates/insertions.
• Create videos or work with vendors; review outputs for content accuracy, including translations.
• Help prepare proprietary and partner events by coordinating logistics and providing onsite support.

• Update information on digital platforms and assist colleagues overseeing websites and other platforms/databases to ensure updates are made promptly (including uploads).
• Support the monthly updates of online fund fact sheets (Hong Kong site) and other fund-related information and collaterals.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to obtain necessary information/data, input it, and check its accuracy.
• Assist in updating monthly product materials by coordinating with external vendors and verifying that information is correctly updated/inserted.
• Create videos (using online applications) or work with vendors; review outputs to ensure content accuracy, including translations.
• Help prepare events (proprietary and partner events) by coordinating logistics, sourcing venues, and providing onsite support.

Requirements

• University student with some working experience, preferably in finance/asset management or agency environments (creative/digital/events management).
• Can-do attitude and willingness to collaborate across functions and locations.
• Willing to work outside standard hours if necessary (e.g., during events).
• Knowledge and experience using content management and digital platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Seismic, Marketo) is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, with working-level fluency in Chinese.
• AI skills: ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot.
• Priority will be given to students available to work full-time from approximately June to late December 2026, with potential renewal based on performance.
